Find Your Perfect Role
We're growing and looking for motivated people across field, technical, and support roles. No experience in netting? No problem — we train from scratch.
Install bird nets, mosquito nets, safety nets, and sports nets across residential and commercial sites in Ranchi. You'll be trained on all product types and work alongside our senior team members on every project.
Specialise in large-scale industrial and construction safety net installations. Must be comfortable working at height. Rigging certification preferred — training provided for the right candidate.
Measure, fabricate, and install custom mosquito net frames for windows and doors in homes and offices. Precision carpentry or fabrication background is a strong advantage. Training provided.
Conduct on-site surveys, take precise measurements, photograph project areas, and produce accurate cost estimates for all net types. You'll be the bridge between our sales and installation teams.
Be the first voice customers hear. Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and follow-up communications. Coordinate scheduling with field teams. Excellent communication and a warm, professional manner is key.
Identify new business opportunities across residential housing societies, commercial complexes, factories, and sports facilities in Ranchi. Build relationships, demonstrate products, and close projects.
Manage netting material stock, track inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure field teams always have what they need on-site. Basic spreadsheet skills and organisational ability essential.

Apprentice Technician
You join, learn the ropes from experienced installers, get safety certified, and handle smaller residential installations under supervision. Full PPE provided from Day 1.
Certified Installation Specialist
After mastering one or more service types, you handle independent installations and begin training junior team members.
Senior Technician / Site Lead
Lead multi-person teams on commercial and industrial projects. You're the technical authority on-site — responsible for quality, safety, and timelines.
Technical Manager / Department Head
Oversee entire service departments, contribute to business development, and shape the standards that define Netting Work's quality across Jharkhand.
